Senior service or product designer comfortable with complex services, internal tools and AI-enabled workflows, ideally in enterprise or public sector settings.
Shape journeys, operating models and service blueprints that reflect governance and delivery constraints.
Work with client teams to introduce AI into existing services in ways that users and staff can trust.
Create artefacts that help senior leaders make clearer decisions about scope, risk and value.

Agentic Content Specialist

Practitioner with experience in data or AI governance, risk, policy or assurance in regulated or public sector environments.
Help clients frame AI and agentic services within existing risk, ethics and compliance expectations.
Co-design practical guardrails, playbooks and decision paths with digital, legal and risk teams.
Support the evaluation of pilots and scaling decisions with clear, explainable criteria.
Researcher comfortable working in complex organisations, combining qualitative insight with product and service analytics.
Plan and run research that explores how AI-enabled services land for staff and customers.
Work with data and product teams to connect usage data with lived experience.
Translate findings into clear implications for design, governance and scaling decisions.
Accessibility practitioner with experience applying standards such as WCAG in complex services, ideally including public sector or internal tools.
Review concepts, flows and interfaces to ensure accessibility is built in from the start.
Work with design and engineering teams to identify pragmatic routes to compliance.
Help clients understand how accessibility, AI and automation intersect in real services.
Content or UX writer with experience designing for AI-assisted and agentic experiences, such as copilots, assistants or automated workflows.
Shape prompts, responses and flows so that AI-assisted interactions feel clear, trustworthy and on-brand.
Work with service and product designers to integrate content, guardrails and escalation paths.
Support teams in setting up content patterns, guidance and evaluation criteria for agentic services.
