Our founders have over twenty‑five years’ experience across service design, public sector transformation, and technology‑led change design and digital transformation. In recent years, we have focused on how AI technologies land with real users, looking closely at adoption, trust, and day‑to‑day impact. We have seen too many AI initiatives treat service design, user insight, and privacy as an afterthought, which is why STRATED exists to bring those considerations in from the very start of any Agentic programme.
